Once this deposit form has been received by Dream Puppys,you will be contacted by phone to complete payment.
As soon as the puppy is available to us, we will contact you.
Pictures will be sent via email and you will have 24hrs to decide upon which time to make arrangements for getting your puppy.
Also important is to make an appointment with your veterinarian for your pup’s wellness check-up which needs to occur within the first 48 hours from time of purchase, this will uphold our 1 year health warranty from Dream Puppys.

Deposit is transferable but is non-refundable. Deposit payment can be transferred to any other puppy for up to one year.
